BOX-FIT
This exciting and effective exercise program will utilise and develop boxing skills and training techniques to form a safe, fun, intensive and addictive workout suitable for all fitness levels in a dynamic and motivational group setting.

Street Jazz
Street jazz is a combination of funky dance routines influenced by other dance styles such as jazz dance, ballet, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop. You will learn fresh and hip moves to the latest music tracks whilst burning maximum calories. Every move is broken down slowly so that you can get the hang of it and get grooving!

Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems, classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.

Yogalates
Combines the core strengthening of Pilates with the deep stretches of Yoga. You will gain suppleness, build long, lean muscles and improve your quality of breath, all while enjoying the stress-relieving benefits of Yoga practice. You will gain strength through your mid-section which in turn will make you stronger through your yoga poses. You will gain the benefits of both practices all rolled into one session.

Leg Bums & Tums (LBT)
This class does exactly what it says on the tin! An hour-long exercise class to music, working on the legs, bottom and stomach area, to give you the toned and firm body you deserve! Suitable for all levels of fitness incorporating both standing and floor work.

Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt is a strength-training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using body weight and weights. The class is designed to tone and define the entire body working all the major muscle groups whilst increasing strength and endurance.
